The Secretary-General of the Organisation of Educational Cooperation (OEC), H.E. Mr. Manssour Bin Mussallam, held a fruitful exchange with authorities of the Nicaraguan Ministry of Education, during which topics of common interest such as education, innovation and development were discussed.

Ms. Lilliam Esperanza Herrera, concrete lines of cooperation were identified: teacher training, access to technology as well as the promotion and visualisation of research projects.
