At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Nicaragua, H.E. Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Vice-President. H.E. Ms. Rosario Murillo, the Secretary-General of the Organisation of Educational Cooperation (OEC), H.E. Mr. Manssour Bin Musallam, participated in the Central Act in commemoration of the 42nd anniversary of the Great National Literacy Crusade to discuss the collective construction from the South of a third way of development for the welfare of citizens.
